The table shows the costs for attending MCIS 2018, its associated workshops and the Doctoral/ Junior Faculty Consortium. The conference fee includes: conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception (28 Sep) and Gala Dinner (29 Sep). Accompanying Person Fee includes access to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Please note you are only eligible for the student fee if you are a MSc or a PhD student in the academic years 2017-2018 or 2018-2019. A certificate of enrolment or a letter signed by your program director, supervisor, or head of Department should be uploaded in the respective field of the registration form. 

Methods of Payment 

Payment of conference fees in Euros (€) must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made only by bank transfer. Bank transfer costs must be covered by the conference participants. 

Registration Process 

IMPORTANT: All participants have to register via the online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully. 

Each participant will receive a Registration Number after the submission of the online Registration Form. Participants should include in their bank transfer payment details this Registration Number and their full name. Conference fees should be transferred into the following bank account of MCIS 2018:

Invoice Requests 

Participants may request to receive an invoice for the registration fees. Please provide the invoice details in the respective field of the online Registration Form. Please note that invoices will not be sent automatically and electronically, but they will be provided on site during the conference. 

Cancellation / Refund Policy 

Until 31 August 2018 – 50 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

From 1 September 2018 until 15 September 2018 50% of the fee will be refunded.

From 16 September 2018 no refund can be processed.
